Shipping & Delivery Policy

Dublew.co delivers across Pakistan. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and delivered.

Order Processing

•           Orders are processed within [1 to 2] working days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

•           Orders placed after [5:00 PM] or on Sundays are processed on the next working day.

•           Once an order is dispatched, the customer receives a confirmation by SMS, WhatsApp or email with tracking details.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond Dublew.Co's control.

Shipping Charges

•           Standard delivery: Rs. [200] per order

•           Free delivery on orders above Rs. [5,000]

•           The final shipping charge is shown at checkout before the order is placed.

Payment Methods

•           Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.

Discreet Packaging

Every Dublew.Co order is shipped in plain, unbranded outer packaging. The contents are not described on the parcel, so the customer's privacy is protected from dispatch to doorstep.

Courier Partners

Orders are delivered through trusted courier partners, including [PostEx].

Failed or Refused Deliveries

•           The courier will attempt delivery up to [2] times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel is returned to Dublew.Co.

•           Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders may be asked to pay in advance for future orders.

•           Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address and an active phone number.
